Member from GlobalJobsTrading.com.

Since Our Service is commission free, We do not forbid Our Members to display contact
information and/or to contact each other. All the Registration Data requested at the
moment of registration on the Site will be kept private and will not be distributed

You set up the profile, You have the option to display or not any of Your contact
information (phone, address, fax, url). By displaying or disclosing any of Your contact

of the Username and password, and You are fully responsible for all activities that
occur under Your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify GlobalJobsTrading.com
of any unauthorized use of Your Username or password or any other breach of security,
and (b) ensure that You sign out from Your account at the end of each session. GlobalJobsTrading.com
cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to
comply with this section of the Agreement.
8. INFORMATION POSTED OR ACCESSED ON THE SITE
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs,

posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom

equipment;
- disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other
Users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively
affects other Users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service,
or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected
to the Service;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or
international law, including, but not limited to, any regulations having the force
of law;
- provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location,
source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated
by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section
219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
- "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
- collect or store personally identifying information about other Users for commercial
or unlawful purposes.
GlobalJobsTrading.com is only acting as a venue for the online distribution and publication
of User Content. However, no warranties as to the actual distribution or publication
of User Content are made or implied. GlobalJobsTrading.com has the right (but no obligation)
to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to the termination
of Your participation in Our Service, if it is believed that such Content may create
liability for GlobalJobsTrading.com, harm Our business operation or reputation, or

communications, even communications that seem to be intrastate in nature can result
in the transmission of interstate communications regardless of where You are physically

11. SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

attorneys' fees and expenses), losses, damages (specifically including, but not limited

suits, claims or liabilities incurred and arising from or relating to Your use of

You or any third party for any termination or disable of portions of Your account
or access to the Service.
Members in violation of GlobalJobsTrading.com's Terms and Conditions will be immediately
deactivated. GlobalJobsTrading.com may deactivate Members with no prior notification.
Members found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit
or payment from GlobalJobsTrading.com. Members that are terminated by GlobalJobsTrading.com
on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to
receive any payment due from GlobalJobsTrading.com.
19. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of,
advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related
goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations
associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such advertiser. You agree
that GlobalJobsTrading.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage
of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence

from around the world in a virtual marketplace. As a neutral facilitator, GlobalJobsTrading.com
is not directly involved in the actual transactions between Users of the Site. As
a result, GlobalJobsTrading.com has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality,
legality, or safety of postings made by Members. Because verifying the identity of
a User on the Internet is difficult, GlobalJobsTrading.com cannot and does not confirm
the identity of Users. GlobalJobsTrading.com also does not confirm nor verify the
qualifications, background, or abilities of Users. Therefore, GlobalJobsTrading.com
recommends that You be careful and exercise common sense and good judgment when dealing
with any Member on the Site.
Your relationship and correspondence with Users on GlobalJobsTrading.com site, including
the development and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions,
warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You
and such User. Any disputes between You and any other Users of GlobalJobsTrading.com
remain solely between You and such User.
We are not involved in any transactions between You and any other Users of GlobalJobsTrading.com.
You acknowledge and agree that GlobalJobsTrading.com will not be a party to any such
dispute or be obligated to take any action or refrain from taking any action toward
resolving any such dispute. If You have a dispute with any other Users of the Site,
You hereby release GlobalJobsTrading.com from any and all claims, demands, and damages
(actual, consequential and punitive) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,
suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, related to such a dispute. You

All of Our services are commission free, therefore GlobalJobsTrading.com is not involved
in the payment method and the transactions between the Users of the Site. We cannot
refund the money You have sent to someone because We are not responsible for Your
transactions. GlobalJobsTrading.com is not responsible for fraudulent payments made
by Users and cannot be held liable for financial loss incurred from fraudulent transactions.
It is the receiver's responsibility to verify the identity and background of the sender.
23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
